Who we are and what this policy covers
La Presa Epoxy Floors is a flooring contractor in La Presa, CA. We install epoxy, polished concrete and other concrete floors for homes and businesses in the cities around it.
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, call us or fill out our contact form. It also covers how we use that information, how long we keep it, what choices you have and how to reach us with a privacy question. It applies to every page of our site, starting with our home page.
Information you give us
When you fill out the form on our contact page, call us or text us, we collect what you choose to share. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the floor or project.
You may also send us photos of your floor so we can understand the job before we come out. We only collect what you send, and you don't have to share anything you're not comfortable with.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service. The information you enter passes through that service before it reaches us, and that service handles it under its own privacy terms.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours may collect some basic information when you visit. This can include your browser type, device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that sent you to us and a general location based on your IP address.
We use this information to see which pages people find useful and to fix pages that aren't working. It doesn't tell us your name, and we don't try to use it to identify you.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember things between visits. Our site and the analytics tools we use may set cookies to count visits and see how people move through the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features may not remember your choices.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to answer your questions, schedule a visit to your property, prepare your estimate and do the work you hire us for. We may also contact you about your project, such as to confirm an appointment or follow up after the job is done.
We use website information to keep the site running well and to improve it. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
When we share information
We share information only when it's needed to serve you or when the law requires it. That includes the outside services that help run our website, our contact form and our scheduling, and they're only given what they need to do that job.
We may also share information if a court, government agency or the law requires it, or to protect our business, our crew or our customers from fraud or harm.
How long we keep your information
We keep your contact details and project notes for as long as we need them to finish your job and stand behind our work, and for as long as we need them for our business, tax and legal records. After that, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.
If you reached out but didn't hire us, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you, and we'll honor that request.
We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so we don't hand your information to someone else. We won't treat you differently for asking.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and limit who can see it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive details like bank or card numbers through our contact form.
Children's privacy
Our website is meant for adults arranging work on a home or business. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or our business practices change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the day it's posted.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about this policy or want to make a request about your information, call us at (619) 609-0422 or send us a message through our contact page. We're available Mon–Sun, 8 AM–9 PM, and we respond within 1 business day.
